Broken open head in the Navy?

When I was younger, I had busted open my head twice. Once I slammed my head into a door hinge and got a couple staples and then I was hit with a gardening ho and got stitches. I was wondering if I should tell a recruiter about that? If I don't tell them and say I've never had any injuries like that, could they look at hospital records for that stuff? Would records for that even exist? Thanks.
