We bought a house and it had a roach infestation, can we have the seller to fix the problem?

Surveyors will take a thorough look at potential houses and will then compile a report with their findings. Luckily for you, although it may not seem it, it wasn't too big an issue. Some people buy houses and then find that they have to have lots of work done on them soon after as things go wrong. This can be extremely expensive in some cases, especially after you have just bought a home!
